We offer a 14-day inspection period for all luxury timepieces to ensure your complete satisfaction with your acquisition. To be eligible for a full refund, watches must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags, boxes, and documentation intact.

Log into your account or contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the timepiece in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton, including all original certificates and warranty cards.
Insured Shipping
Affix the prepaid, fully-insured shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Our master watchmakers will perform a multi-point authentication and condition check upon receipt, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
